Tom is a Chartered Insurance Broker and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has spent 36 years practising as an insurance broker holding senior executive positions within the UK and regional divisions of a global intermediary. In the past 16 years he has been retained on a regular basis to provide evidence and professional negligence actions involving brokers. This has included the jurisdictions of GB Northern Ireland and Ireland. In addition Tom is engaged as an independent underwriting file reviewer by Lloyd’s syndicates and Managing General Agents. Most recently, Tom provided evidence to the High Court [Kings Bench Division, London Circuit Comm Court] in the matter of Infinity Reliance Ltd v Heath Crawford Ltd [2023] EWHC 3022[Comm].

Brian is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and a member of the Academy of Experts. He has spent over 45 years dealing with a wide variety of property and business interruption claims in determining liability and quantum under insurance contracts.
